Documentation

Where a certificate of analysis exists for the lot supplied, it is issued with the consignment. How batch documentation works.

On receipt

Check that the lot identifier on each container matches the lot on the accompanying certificate, and that the presentation matches what was ordered. Report a discrepancy before the material is used.
